Clackin’ Crayfish the Most Realistic Craw Lure Yet

Dahlberg Clackin Crayfish

The folks at River2Sea along with Larry Dahlberg designed a lure that looks incredibly real the Dahlberg Clackin’ Crayfish 130, another industry standard has been set!

Today’s modern crayfish crank bait may be crayfish colored….but they don’t look like or even swim like an actual crayfish.  When legendary angler, T. V. host and lure designer Larry Dahlberg approached River2Sea about making an actual crayfish crank bait that has the actions and mannerisms of a “real” crayfish, they knew bass fishermen every-where would jump on the bandwagon!

Not only does it look like a real crayfish in every detail, the Dahlberg Clackin’ Crayfish amazing hinged lip appears to actually grab water and pull the lure forward exactly like a real crayfish.  During the free fall, it sinks like a crayfish as well.  You have to see it to believe it, says River2Sea Sales Manager Angelo Alorro.

When big bass get a chance to see the Dahlberg Clackin’ Crayfish in action, whether on the fall, swimming, or doing the seductive crawl, you too will go crazy!

One of the secrets to the Dahlberg Clackin’ Crayfish is it’s moving body and horizontal tail joint.  You know just what it’s doing says Dahlberg, because you can feel the tail kick with your rod tip when you accelerate the lure!

This crayfish dynamo is 5″ long and weights 1oz and comes in 6 different “Actual” crayfish colors.  With the help of university professors, River2Sea worked on getting these colors right in every detail.  They have combined this with a soft plastic head that features reinforced claws that rise up when in the water like River2Sea’s popular “Stand’N Yabbie,.  All of this combines with River2Sea’s own 2X strong, black nickel 5/0 “big bite” hook, to make one of this seasons deadliest crank bait combinations.  Each lure comes with an additional soft head trailer, making it an exceptional value for the fishermen as well.  Anglers who have caught their limit of big fish and wish to replace the soft heads can do so through the replacement 2 pack sold at retailers.  In fact, some of the head colors can be replaced with other alike colored tails to make a dizzying array of combinations for their favorite fishing hole!

So, you can fish it like a jig, or swim it along the bottom.  Fish it on drops, flats or weed lines.  Larry Dahlberg suggests you fish it like a “real” crayfish and make it seem real during the retrieve, that it’s alternately scurrying to escape and stopping to hide on the bottom.  Anyway you fish the, it’s sure to get you the double-digit big boy you’ve been trying to catch and have fun while doing it.
