Your Path to the BAM Trail Pro Am Championship Two Divisions and a Travelers Region

Bass Angler Magazine (BAM Trail) introduces a clear and exciting way for anglers to qualify for the prestigious No-Entry-Fee Pro-Am Championship with $100,000 on the line. With two primary divisions—the Pacific Northwest and the West—plus the added flexibility of the Travelers Region, there are multiple ways to earn your spot in this elite event.

BAM Trail – The Two Divisions: Pacific Northwest and West

Each division features three qualifying stops:

Pacific Northwest Division:

  • Stop 1: Shasta
  • Stop 2: Potholes
  • Stop 3: Boardman

West Division:

  • Stop 1: Shasta
  • Stop 2: Don Pedro
  • Stop 3: Delta

Three Ways to Qualify for the BAM Trail Championship

1. Regional Qualification

Anglers can qualify through their home division by:

  • Participating in all three events within their region.
  • Earning enough points to rank among the top 12 anglers in the Angler of the Year (AOY) standings.

This pathway rewards consistency and performance across your selected division’s events.

2. Traveler’s Qualification

For anglers who fish across divisions, the Travelers Region provides a unique opportunity:

  • Participate in four or more Pro/Am events from either division.
  • Earn Traveler’s points based on your best four finishes of the season.
  • The top 4 anglers in the Traveler’s points standings will qualify for the championship.

This path offers flexibility for those who enjoy competing in various locations and conditions.

3. Combined Qualification

Maximize your chances by competing in all three regional events and additional Pro/Am tournaments. This combined strategy gives you the opportunity to qualify through either AOY rankings or Traveler’s points standings.

Why the Travelers Region Stands Out

The Travelers Region is ideal for anglers looking to test their skills across different lakes, conditions, and competitors. It rewards those who have to miss an event and still want to qualify for the championship..

Plan Your Path to $100,000

With three qualification pathways and multiple iconic stops, there’s no better time to step up and compete. Whether you stick to your home division or explore new waters through the Travelers Region, the BAM No-Entry-Fee Pro-Am Championship offers a unique opportunity to test your skills and aim for greatness.

Get started today and make this season your best yet!
