St. Croix Rod Important Warranty Update Information

St. Croix Rod Important Warranty Update InformationSt. Croix Rod exists to give anglers like you the upper hand, which includes getting you back on the water as quickly as possible when the unexpected happens.  We offer a variety of warranty programs to serve you.

Our EXCELLERATOR Program is your solution anytime an IN-WARRANTY St. Croix rod is broken for any reason.

If your broken rod is OUT-OF-WARRANTY, you should take advantage of our GOLD STAR, GOLD STAR+, or SILVER STAR Programs.

Our EXCELLERATOR PROGRAM changed on January 1. EXCELLERATOR warranty claims now require a flat $60 replacement fee for a new rod to be shipped, regardless of the model or series. This replacement fee covers the costs of offering what we believe to be the best and most-inclusive expedited warranty program in the industry.

All replacement rods shipped via any of our warranty programs are brand new with a full warranty. If a particular broken rod is no longer available, St. Croix will replace it with the most-compatible current model and series. The warranty will reset and will coincide with the specific warranty period for the replacement rod shipped, usually either five or 15 years.

Each broken rod requires its own warranty claim. Be sure to contact the St. Croix Guide Center within 90 days of initiating your warranty claim or the claim will expire and you will have to reopen it on our website.

Updated warranty information with new charts, instructions, tips, and reference materials are available anytime at stcroixrods.com.

Thank you for trusting us with your time on the water and for being part of the St. Croix family!
