Diawa Has a New Bag Designed to Keep Your Gear Dry

New D-VEC Dry Bag Backpack protects your gear and transports like a champ.

Daiwa D Vec Dry Bag 2 Cypress, CA (December 31, 2021) – Boat bags get little respect. They’re overstuffed, bursting at the seams – sometimes, quite literally. Boaters and anglers carelessly chuck them in the back of trucks before heading to the water. Next, they get crammed in boat compartments that already had no room to spare. Finally, out comes the boat bag, only to get drenched, even kicked across the deck to store under a seat. Quite the life, and few stand up to the torture.

Daiwa D Vec Dry Bag 3With imminent abuse in mind, the brain trust at Daiwa developed the new D-VEC Dry Bag Backpack. Tactically hardcore on the outside, the 100% waterproof bag is constructed with light but durable Tarpaulin/Nylon PVC coated material to resist wear and tear. Despite the ruggedness, the Dry Bag Backpack material is surprisingly soft, and overall weight is not burdensome. All seams are robustly reinforced, too, knowing that users will push spatial limits.

Diawa DVEC DRYBAG dry backpackThe D-VEC Dry Bag Backpack’s external feature set includes an oversized, waterproof zippered compartment for quick access to your essentials. Moreover, it offers a rollover and snap design, securing the bag’s contents. And the topside nylon handle makes for easy grabs and quick moves.

Last, but certainly not least, is the backpack configuration. You only have two hands, so Daiwa built the Dry Bag Backpack to comfortably sling over your shoulders with wide, padded straps to ease transport and disperse weight, just in case the walk from the parking lot to the marina is a doozy.
