Bass Cat Boats Clinches Prestigious 2023 Marine Industry CSI Award for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction

Bass Cat Boats: A Legacy of Excellence and Customer Commitment

Bass Cat Boats, a pioneer in the high-performance bass boat sector, is thrilled to announce its latest accomplishment – receiving the esteemed 2023 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award. This prestigious honor highlights Bass Cat’s unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction, further cementing its status as a leading figure in the fiberglass bass boat market.

Recognition Among Elite

Standing tall among an exclusive group of 62 awardees, Bass Cat’s recognition is a testament to its steadfast commitment to providing superior customer experiences. This accolade not only recognizes the company’s dedication but also reinforces its position at the forefront of the marine industry.

Criteria for Excellence

Earning the CSI Award is no small feat. To be considered, companies must achieve an independently verified standard of excellence, boasting a customer satisfaction score of 90 percent or higher throughout the program year. This standard is determined by customer feedback from those who purchased a new boat or engine from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.

A Word from Leadership

Rick Pierce, of Bass Cat & Yar-Craft Boats, extended his heartfelt thanks for the award, praising the collective efforts of the Bass Cat team and its dealerships. He highlighted the company’s long-standing tradition of exceptional customer service and expressed gratitude towards consumers whose feedback made this recognition possible. Pierce also acknowledged the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) and its president, Frank Hugelmeyer, for their contributions to enhancing the boating experience through initiatives like the CSI program.
