Crossed Industries Acquired by Chaz Hickcox

Expanded sponsorship program to include all first responders

Homestead, FL – Crossed Industries, the popular and successful online aftermarket truck accessories company was recently acquired by industry insider Chaz Hickcox. The acquisition was announced during a media and pro-staff reception held during the International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trades (ICAST) recently in Orlando, Florida.

Crossed Industries has carved a new path in the truck aftermarket business by focusing on the very specific needs of anglers and the tow-vehicle market that is prominent in the outdoor world. Under the new ownership, the web presence and outstanding customer service that has already been a constant at Crossed Industries will continue.

Hickcox is finalizing details on the Crossed Industries Automotive Angler program and has already expanded on the popular military discount program offered by Crossed Industries to include all first responders. According to Hickcox, the new ownership wanted to do something for those putting their life on the line and have now included police, fire and EMS professionals in their sponsorship offerings.

Hickcox, who is also CEO of Cross Bone Outfitters, is excited about the acquisition. “Crossed Industries is a leader not only in customer service but in brand recognition. You could literally rebuild your tow vehicle and not have to visit another web site” Hickcox said in a recent interview.

According to Hickcox, part of the agreement is that customers won’t experience any front-of-the-house changes and all transactions will remain seamless from order to delivery. The Crossed Industries (CrossedIndustries.com) internet site will continue to provide the same extensive line of specialty truck accessories, equipment and apparel as they always have.

Crossed Industries is very well known within the competitive fishing and outdoor arena for their precise approach, tailored especially for competition anglers and the distinct needs they have for their tow vehicles. Dave Davis, former CEO at Crossed Industries commented during the acquisition, “We could not be more excited to provide an opportunity for our loyal Crossed Industries team members to watch the company rise to a new level of success. Chaz has been a huge supporter over the years and has a burning passion for this industry. There is no doubt Crossed Industries is in great hands for years to come.”

Hickcox is an active duty United States Marine and has had a passion for the outdoors since he was a young child. He has been a tournament angler for almost a decade and has founded Bass Cat Owners tournaments in both California and Florida. He is assisted in running his companies by his beautiful wife Randelle and has two children Serenity and Ashur.

Crossed Industries is designed for anyone who needs to browse or purchase anything from interior accessories to rims and tires for their tow vehicle. It is the perfect place for anyone who loves fishing and their trucks to buy quality automotive accessories. Crossed Industries is where automotive crosses into angling.
