Dirty Jigs Tackle has announced the addition of Bassmaster Elite Series angler Matt Herren to their pro-staff. Herren is a seven-time Bassmaster Classic qualifier and has also qualified for the Forrest Wood Cup six times.
“This partnership came together after a chance meeting with Curt from Dirty Jigs. We are both jig fanatics and share the same taste in jig design and know what it takes to make the best jigs,” said Herren. “The jig has always been my number one tool and I am ready to get to work with Team Dirty Jigs. We are already talking about how we can make the perfect flipping jig.”
The Dirty Jigs Tackle team is looking forward to partnering with Matt and collaborating on jig designs. “Matt is known for his ability to fish jigs and it is great to be working with someone who is on the same page as our team when it comes to jig design,” says Curtis Demerath, owner of Dirty Jigs. “There is a real need for some of the old-school styles to be recreated with a modern facelift and that is exactly what you will be seeing in the near future.”
