With the start of the 2017 Bassmaster Elite Series only days away, Quicksilver Products has added its final QCREW member, Oklahoma native Jay Brainard.
Brainard is entering his second year on the Elite Series and is looking to match his success in the 2015 Central Opens Series when he was named Angler of the Year. Quicksilver Marine Parts & Accessories will keep Brainard’s Bass Cat Cougar and Mercury 250 OptiMax Pro XS running at peak level as he competes against the best anglers in the world.

Brainard has placed in the Top 10 twice during his professional career, including a second-place finish in the 2015 Bass Pro Shops Central Open #1 on Ross Barnett Reservoir. The second-year Bassmaster Elite Pro will continue to gain valuable experience in the 2017 Elite Series, which kicks off Feb. 9-12 at Cherokee Lake in Knoxville, Tenn.
