Mr. Zack Rednour has been promoted to National Sales Manager for Flambeau Outdoors™. In this position Mr. Rednour takes on a more strategic role. Along with his sales responsibilities, Mr. Rednour will continue to be an asset to the company within the outdoors division. Flambeau’s Vice President of Retail Markets, David Faulkner, comments, “His strength in product development will be essential for our success going forward.”
As National Sales Manager, Zack will continue to perform his current duties including focusing on new product development and product/brand marketing, as well as working to expand customer sales and rep agency management. He will now focus on managing the growth of the Flambeau Outdoors brands. He will be tasked to bring new, innovative products to their fishing and hunting product lines that offer Flambeau Outdoors customers a great value. In addition, Zack will work to improve relationships with key customers and build the Flambeau Outdoors distribution channels.
When asked what he enjoys about his new position as well as any goals he may have for the role, Zack comments, “…there are many aspects of my position that I enjoy, but having the ability to work with a customer base that is as passionate about the outdoors as I am makes it fun to come into the office every day. I also enjoy having the ability to strategize the future of our business from both a sales and marketing aspect. We control our own destiny, which places our successes and failures in our hands.” In regards to his goals, he goes on to say, “Objective ‘number one’ would be to expand our top and bottom line sales steadily over the next several years while continuing to maintain and build upon our strong brands. Overall, I want Flambeau Outdoors to become a bigger and better partner for our customers and also crack into some of the areas we are not currently selling.”
Zack Rednour began working with Flambeau as their Flambeau Outdoor division’s Marketing Coordinator in 2008. In the years since he has accomplished much, including a key role in the development and design of Flambeau’s popular new line of Storm Front™ Decoys. He has also worked to substantially grow many of Flambeau’s key customers. Prior to joining Flambeau, Mr. Rednour worked with Gander Hill Goose Club (Pinckneyville, IL) as Assistant Manager/Chief Hunting Guide. Mr. Rednour holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from McKendree University (Lebanon, IL).
